Aspen Mountain may be one of the four mountains within the Aspen/Snowmass chain of resorts, but it stands alone as one of Colorado’s great mountains.

The restaurants within Aspen Mountain include: Sundeck, Bonnie’s, Montagna Restaurant and Bar, and the Ajax Tavern.  For a taste of the Aspen Mountain night life, locals suggest nearby Eric’s Bar, the J-Bar and the Wine Spot at the Hyatt Grand Aspen for a more sophisticated, yet casual evening.

Since Aspen Mountain is in such close proximity of downtown Aspen and the surrounding towns, there are plenty of places to stay from high end condos to the local hotels and motels.  Finding a place to stay, but close to all of the winter fun, should not be a problem when in the Aspen Mountain area.
